Real Flawless Foundation + Concealer
In partnership with my Creative Director, I led the in-house design and development of the Real Flawless Foundation bottle, working closely with engineers to develop a fully custom tool. The frosted glass finish was central to the design vision — its soft, skin-like diffusion a deliberate expression of the product's 'real flawless' positioning. This bottle also introduced the vertical logo placement, a typographic choice that became a defining element of the new brand identity. This launch marked the beginning of Laura Mercier's rebrand, establishing a new packaging language that would scale across the full collection.
